I help individual adults create balanced, healthy, and loving relationships in their lives.
Together, we’ll look at and unpack themes from your childhood, current attachment styles, and historical relational patterns.
My clients come away with a clear understanding of their relationship dynamics, the ability to communicate and set better boundaries, and a functional toolkit for forming and maintaining relationships rooted in care, love, and reciprocity.

Join me each week for 50-55 minutes through a secure video platform. Together, we’ll help you find a new story so you can trust yourself, build resilience, and feel empowered in your life and relationships.

Create the story you want for yourself
You will go through a process of knowing yourself better, being curious and compassionate, and feeling more intentional in your life moving forward.
Currently offering in-person in Ballard and secure video sessions
I have office availability on Mondays in North Ballard (Crown Hill neighborhood). Once you are a client, I will provide the address. For telehealth sessions, I can only provide services to clients who are physically located in Washington state.
